So, how can you start practicing gratitude?
One way to practice gratitude is to reflect on your blessings. At the beginning or end of each day, take a few minutes to think about all the things you are grateful for. It can be big blessings, like a new job or a new home, or smaller blessings, like a sunny day or a delicious meal.
